Robert M. Kurtinecz, 64, of Steelton, died Monday, June 19, 2017 in the Harrisburg Hospital ER.
He was a retired Mill Operator for Home Stat, Inc., Highspire
A member of Prince of Peace Roman Catholic Parish, Steelton
the Harrisburg REACT Club
Middletown Hunters & Anglers Association
He was a HAM radio operator and an avid Notre Dame Fan.
Bob was the son of the late Charles M. & Mary R. Spasoff Kurtinecz and is survived by his loving wife of 43 years, Rebecca A. “Becky” Stoner Kurtinecz; two daughters, Jenny L. DeJesus, Hummelstown and Bobbie A. Canfield & husband Gary, Middletown; one sister, Rosemarie Kleinsak, Chambers Hill; four grandchildren, Mariah LiBrandi, Briana DeJesus, Zackery Dunlap & Taylor Dunlap. He was preceded in death by his brother, John Kurtinecz.
Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Friday, June 23, 2017 at 11:00 am in Prince of Peace – Assumption of the Blessed Virgin Mary Roman Catholic Church, 815 South Second Street, Steelton, with the Very Rev. David L. Danneker, Pastor, Celebrant.
Burial in Holy Cross Cemetery.
A viewing will be held on Friday from 9:30am – 10:30am in the Wiedeman Funeral Home, 357 South Second Street, Steelton.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Kidney Foundation of Central PA, 1500 Paxton St., Harrisburg, PA 17104.
