The CODE PLUG that is linked is for an ANYTONE Handheld 868 and will work in the 878. It contains the following:
CODEPLUG TIPS:  LOCAL 2
Careful when programming Talk Groups (TG) for local 2. Two TGs are available: “2” & “31423”.  Use “2” to access DMR repeaters in South Central Pa.  If you use “31423” it won’t work.  Outside of the area including Franklin County use “31423”  The C-Bridge must also be set up to accept your Talk Group (TG).
This CODE PLUG is for an ANYTONE Handheld 868 and will work in the 878.  It contains the following:
  1. All eight county analog & DMR repeaters & simplex analog and digital frequencies: Adams, Cumberland, Dauphin, Franklin, Lancaster, Lebanon, Perry, York
  2. 890 plus channels
  3. 23 plus Zones
  4. Openspot frequencies
  5. Brandmeister & TGIF frequencies
  6. Two EBS FM stations in each county
  7. Scan for all repeaters and simplex frequencies in each county
  8. All NOAA Weather frequencies
  9. 161,977 contacts as of 5/3/20 (ten minutes to download all the contact info)

Most of these repeaters are DMR only, no analog mode. The USER can select the “talk group”. If “local 2” is selected , then the first fourteen repeaters that are operational are tied together. Go in one and out thirteen. If “local 9” is selected , the output is only from the accessed DMR repeater. If “Pa State” is selected , the output is from every DMR repeater in Pa. . If “TAC XX” is selected , then two DMR repeaters can have a private QSO.

Hallam – WR3IRS has the same TGs as Cornwall.

Pigeon Hills – KB3VVB/KB3TWW has the same TGs as Cornwall.

The WR3IRS Chambersburg UHF repeater has been moved from BM to the Interstate C-Bridge.  It has the same TGs as the Chambersburg VHF repeater, with exception of the MD State TG.  MD State is PTT on TS2, instead of FT on TS1.

The WR3IRS Camelback Mtn UHF repeater has been moved from BM to the Interstate-2 C-Bridge.  Local 2 is NE PA FT.

The WR3IRS Wilkes-Barre UHF repeater has been moved from BM to the Interstate-2 C-Bridge.  Local 2 is NE PA FT.

The W3SC UHF repeater in Joilett is operational.  It has the same TGs as the Pottsville repeater.  SCPA Local 2, and 31424 NE PA FT.
